Thank you for shopping at All Star cheer and more. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns of any unused items within 21 days of the original purchase. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • Product was purchased within 21 days.
  • Product is in the original packaging with tags attached.
  • Products have not been worn or washed.
  • Odor Free
  • Must have the original receipt that came with your order.
  • HAIR PIECES must not be taken out of package, worn, washed, teased, sprayed or anything else that looks like it has been used before RETURNING. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. We reserve the right to deny a refund should you not meet the above criteria. 

We will gladly issue a refund, however, refunds can take up to 2 weeks depending on payment method. Please remember to keep your receipts and have a tracking number for your returned packages.

We do not allow exchanges, just returns. Simply return unwanted item following the proper directions and re-order your new desired item.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return, are non-refundable.


Most orders received will ship 1-3 business day. Orders are not processed on Saturday or Sunday, as well as holidays. (Check Holiday Closures)  Hours of operation are 8am to 5pm. Closed on weekends. All shipping charges are $6.99. We encourage you to order in a timely matter to avoid delays.
